Grape variety: Aglianico

Production Area: Municipality of Acerenza, in vineyards at 900 m above sea level.

Vinification: the grapes are poured directly into the press where a low-pressure free-run must is obtained which follows fermentation at a temperature of 10°C. Aging in steel for 6 months on its "noble lees".

Sensory Characteristics: Bright raspberry colour, notes of cherry, black cherry and violets prevail on the nose. Very elegant wine with a persistent floral finish.

Food pairings: goes well with white meats and lightly matured cheeses, fish-based dishes.
