VULTURE PIPOLI BIANCO VINEYARDS BASILICATA FANTINI WINES
Grape variety: Greco 60%, Fiano 40%
Production Area: Municipality of Acerenza, grapes grown as saplings and coming from very old vineyards. The harvest on Greco takes place at the end of November on dried grapes.
Vinification: The grapes were cooled upon arrival in the cellar, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 10°C. All juice handling is done in an oxygen-free environment in order to preserve the fresh aroma of this wine. Aging in steel tanks on its own yeasts
Sensory Characteristics: Yellow in color with greenish reflections, the nose reveals notes of tropical fruit combined with vegetal components that complete and enhance the aromatic picture. Taste characterized by good acidity which enhances the fresh character of this wine.
Food pairings: goes well with fish-based dishes, ideal as an aperitif.
