Vinification: Destemming and pressing of the grapes, maceration at a controlled temperature for 8-10 days with regular pumping over. Racking and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging in barriques for 4-5 months.

Sensory Characteristics: very intense ruby ​​red colour, persistent aroma with hints of cherries, enriched with pleasant notes of cloves. A wine with a robust body, with a pleasantly soft attack, it ultimately reveals itself as complex and impresses with its notable freshness.

Food pairings: good with red meats, roasts with elaborate sauces and medium-aged cheeses.
