Sensory Characteristics: straw yellow in color and with an intense and quite persistent aroma. On the palate it is balanced, intense and quite persistent.

Food pairings: Easy to drink wine, excellent as an aperitif, good with light first courses, white meats and delicate young cheeses, ideal with fish.
