Grape variety: Tempranillo 100% Production area: Alpera, Albacete

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested at night to preserve the aroma and avoid oxidation. Destemming and soft pressing, fermentation without skins at low temperature, 16°C, for an ideal color and taste.

Sensory Characteristics: Bright and clean color, intense aromas. With a delicate, fruity aroma and notes of cherry and raspberry. Medium body, intense, balanced, soft and round, very persistent in the mouth. Ready to drink.

Food pairings: It pairs perfectly with fish and light first courses and white meats.
