FINCA FELLA ALTADO VERDEJO DO ALMANSA
Grape variety: Verdejo 100%
Production Area: Vineyards from the “Estación y la Boquera” area, Almansa.
Vinification: Verdejo ferments in stainless steel tanks at 13ºC. The low temperature produces a greater aromatic structure. After fermentation, the wine matures on the yeasts for three months with "battonage" every week to obtain a more structured and silky consistency to create greater persistence in the mouth.
Sensory Characteristics: Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, clean and bright. The nose is intense and fresh, with aromas and notes of banana and peach. On the palate it is round and long, with hints of white fruit and an aftertaste of fennel, typical of the grape variety with which it is made.
Food pairings: We recommend pairing with rice, seafood and light cheeses.
