Production Area: Municipality of Ortona

Vinification: Soft crushing and destemming, pressing, static defecation, fermentation of the clean must for 20 days at a temperature of 12°C.

Sensory Characteristics: intense, lively straw yellow colour. Quite intense and persistent, fruity with hints of yellow fruit (medlar and peach), floral with hints of white flower (orange blossom). Full-bodied wine, quite balanced, intense and persistent.

Food pairings: Excellent with fish dishes, delicate first courses and typical Japanese cuisine.
