FANTINI GRAN CUVEE BIANCO
FANTINI GRAN CUVEE BIANCO
Grape variety: native white vines from Abruzzo Bottle: 750 ml, 1.5 l magnum Production area: Central Abruzzo
Vinification: the grapes, coming from the older vineyards, were harvested manually at full ripeness. After careful selection they undergo crushing-destemming followed by a short cold maceration with the skins. The must obtained after static defecation, ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °C. After 3 months of refinement on the fine lees, the second fermentation takes place in small steel autoclaves according to the "Charmat" method.
Idea of the Wine: fresh wine with a pleasant aroma, for young and dynamic consumers
Sensory Characteristics: bright pale straw colour. Complex with a wide range of aromas ranging from green citrus fruits to floral scents, all amplified by the fine and persistent perlage. On the palate it is elegant, mineral, savory, fresh and very well balanced.
Food pairings: it goes particularly well with all fish starters, excellent with the typical dishes of Japanese and Asian cuisine. Excellent aperitif
