Vinification: Fermentation in steel at 12°C for 20–25 days, with the addition of selected yeasts. Aging in stainless steel tanks with regular pumping over.

Sensory Characteristics: The bouquet is intense and complex, ranging from fruity hints of lime, passion fruit and nectarine. On the palate it is fresh and enveloping with a pleasant savory finish that lengthens its persistence. A fine and elegant white, with extraordinary freshness and an intriguing personality.

Gastronomic pairings: Excellent with oysters, caviar and shellfish. Highly recommended with fish soups, light risottos, couscous and fresh cheeses. Also excellent sushi and tartare.
