Production Area: Salento (Puglia)

Vinification: Destemming and pressing of the grapes, maceration at a controlled temperature for 8-10 days with regular pumping over. Racking and milk fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging in American and French oak barriques for 8-10 months.

Sensory Characteristics: Bright ruby ​​color and intense, fruity aroma with hints of cherry, plum and pomegranate, spicy notes and Mediterranean herbs. Well structured, quite warm, soft, tasty and with a pleasant freshness in the finish.

Food pairings: excellent with cured meats and cold cuts, full-bodied first courses and roast meats.
