Vinification: Destemming and peeling of the grapes; maceration at controlled temperature for 8-10 days with regular pumping over. Drainage and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Sensory Characteristics: ruby ​​red with purple reflections; intense, vinous, fruity aroma, with notes of small black berries (blackcurrants and berries). Medium structure, velvety, excellent balance between freshness and pseudo-caloric sensations, with a long and savory finish.

Food pairings: excellent with rich first courses, meats in general and medium-aged cheeses.
